Since 2015, multifamily housing providers and investors have been hit by a myriad of obstacles to maintaining their businesses, and we’ve already seen the impacts on rents and population growth. Ballot Measure 26-238 would significantly increase the complexity of living and working in Multnomah County, and analysis has found it might even put the small business owner or middle-class investor at a disadvantage compared to wealthy residents.
