Guest Speaker: Susan King - Recruitment Manager, CASA
Susan is a Northwest native who was fortunate to grow up in a safe, loving home in the Seattle area. She earned a BA in Marketing from the University of Washington in 1985, and moved to Portland in 1989. After working, then volunteering as she raised 3 children of her own, she trained to be a CASA Volunteer in 2012. Susan joined the CASA staff as a Volunteer Recruiter 4 years ago, and now enjoys connecting those seeking meaningful service with an opportunity to speak up for some of our communities’ most vulnerable kids.
On her days off, Susan enjoys spending time with friends and family, yoga, and gardening.
