Polaris Collective Wellness is an integrative chiropractic and functional medicine clinic dedicated to whole-person healing in the greater Portland, Oregon area. Founded by Dr. Raleigh Warren, DC, CACCP, CFMP, Polaris was built on a simple but powerful belief: that lasting health comes not from managing symptoms, but from understanding and addressing their root cause.
Dr. Warren is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced certifications in pediatric and perinatal chiropractic care (CACCP) and functional medicine (CFMP). Her clinical approach draws from advanced techniques including Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Arthrostim, Vibracussor therapy, and primitive reflex assessment and integration — tools that allow her to support the nervous system, fascial system, and whole-body function at a deeper level than traditional chiropractic care.
Polaris specializes in chiropractic care for all ages — from newborns and children to pregnant mamas, active adults, and motor vehicle injury patients. Dr. Warren has a particular passion for pediatric neurodevelopment and the role of the nervous system in overall health and resilience. Her work integrates polyvagal theory and ANS regulation into clinical care in a way that is rare in chiropractic practice.
Beyond chiropractic, Polaris offers a comprehensive suite of wellness services including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Red Light Therapy, Trigger Point Release, and Functional Medicine consultations with advanced lab review.
