Kyle Sciuchetti maintains an active general business practice throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho. He regularly advises businesses and manages the legal needs of many companies ranging from firearm and firearm accessory manufacturers to construction companies. Kyle's practice includes contract and lease negotiations, dispute resolution, lien foreclosures and representing clients in all levels of state and federal court.
Before joining the firm, Kyle served as the Senior In-House Counsel for the Public Power Council; Assistant City Attorney/Prosecutor for the City of Spokane, Washington; and drafted legislation for the Washington State Legislature.
