Three-generations ago, our family founded Orlando Construction and Development in 1959 in Northern California, then Orlando Homes in Northern Nevada in 1974. In 2007, the third generation of our family began a Pacific Northwest office in Portland. For over 51 years, our family and team of construction professionals have offered our clients unsurpassed value, outstanding quality and unequaled customer service on all of our construction projects.

We offer personalized service and closely supervise our employees. We have many longstanding relationships with reputable licensed sub-contractors. When we are required to use a new sub-contractor to address a specific project need, we always perform a thorough background check prior to hiring them.

Our President, James E. Wilburn IV is a licensed Oregon Civil Engineer and Certified Green Professional. Jim is also a Certified Renovator in accordance with the EPA Lead Paint Removal Program that becomes law (40 CFR 745.225) on April 22, 2010.
